International Conference to be held in Hiroshima!
We are pleased to announce that the 14th Topical Workshop on Heterostructure Microelectronics (TWHM2022) will be held in Hiroshima, Japan.
This workshop has been held every other year since 1992, focusing on electronic devices using heterostructure semiconductors and their applications to various advanced technologies. This year's workshop will be held at the Hotel Hiroshima Garden Palace for four days from Monday, August 29 to Thursday, September 1, 2022, and is expected about 120 participants, including 30 from 10 foreign countries.
As reasons for the selection of Hiroshima as the venue for the conference, the organizer mentioned that there are many suitable venues around Hiroshima Station with convenient transportation, and that there are many attractive tourist resources within easy access from the planned venue and hotels, making it attractive to participants from Japan and overseas.
We will continue to support and induce international conferences while taking sufficient measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection and keeping in mind the health and safety of the participants.
