Hiroshima Convention & Visitors Bureau will exhibit at IME2026 (the 35th International MICE Expo), which will be held on Thursday, February 12 at Tokyo International Forum.
IME is a business meeting event where convention bureaus from across Japan participate as exhibitors, and MICE organizers and management companies participate as buyers.
It is an excellent opportunity to gather a wide range of information at once, so please feel free to visit us if you would like to:
- Explore whether Hiroshima (or other destinations you do not usually consider) could host your event
- Collect information on potential destinations for incentive travel
- Consult with us about reception venues for an event already scheduled to be held in Hiroshima
Even if all advance appointment slots appear to be full, the Hiroshima Convention & Visitors Bureau will have additional staff available to accommodate requests beyond the pre-booked appointments.
