Bankoku Needle is a needle maker based in the needle-making capital of Japan, Hiroshima, where 90% of all domestic needles are manufactured, with the number one domestic share of hand-sewing needles. Using needle-making techniques fostered throughout their over 100 years of company history, Bankoku Needle currently manufactures and sells a wide range of products such as electrode needles, medical needles for vaccines, bait hooks for squid fishing, and more.

Bankoku Needle
Program Visitors will tour our facilities after an explanation of our company and products. During the facilities tour, visitors will get the chance to see all 25 of the processes it takes to produce our needles, from the shaping of raw materials to heat processing, surface processing, sharpening, aligning/testing, and packaging. Technical Q&A session with a company employee is also available upon request.
